Central Area Motivational Program President Tony Orange leads several hundred soggy marchers to the downtown federal building Jan. 16 in the 23rd annual Martin Luther King Jr. march. The march, put on by the Seattle Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Committee, was preceded by a morning of workshops at Garfield High School.
